At Elite-Fanstore , your satisfaction is our top priority. In the event of an order error or a product defect, we will refund you under certain conditions.

Please therefore respect the following conditions:

  1. The product must be returned in its original condition
  2. Products must be accompanied by the original packaging .
  3. Printed jerseys are not eligible for refunds.
  4. Size errors are not the responsibility of our teams and we do not make exchanges for this reason. Please carefully consult the size guide in the product description.
  5. You must contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.
  6. Refunds will be issued via the same method of payment used for the original purchase, within 7 business days of receipt and inspection of the returned item.
  7. Sale or promotional items are not eligible for refund, but may be exchanged for an item of equal value.

To initiate a return and request a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer service team by email at info@elite-fanstore.com , stating your order number, the reason for the return and, if possible, photos of the affected product.
  2. Carefully package the item to be returned and a copy of your invoice or order confirmation.
  3. Ship the item to the address provided in the return instructions, using a trackable service to avoid issues with loss or damage in transit.
