Can’t find your number?
- The tracking number is emailed when the parcel ships, not when you place the order.
- Do check your spam and junk folders.
- Preparation takes 2 to 5 working days, so a more recent order is still being made and has no number yet.
- If that time has passed with no email from us, write to us with your order number and we will resend it.
