Shipping Policy

Your order will be shipped as soon as possible. Please note that some of our products are made to order. In this case, the delivery time may be extended. No order can be canceled once shipped.

DELIVERY TIME

Your items will be delivered within 7 to 15 days for European countries.
You can select fast delivery in under 10 days with additional fees.

In case of a temporary stock shortage of a product, the delivery time may be a little longer. If this is the case, our team will send you a message to offer either a credit or a refund.

The customer must check the conformity of the goods delivered at the time of receipt and before signing the carrier's delivery note.

RIGHTS AND TAXES

We offer free standard delivery on all orders over 60€, but customs taxes on international shipments may apply depending on your country and are the responsibility of the customer.
