Delivery Policy

Your order will be shipped as soon as possible. Please note that some of our products are made to order. In this case, the delivery time may be longer. No order can be canceled once it has been shipped.

DELIVERY TIME

Your items will be delivered within 7 to 15 days for European countries.
You can select express delivery in less than 10 days for an additional fee.

In the event of a temporary stock shortage of a product, the delivery time may be slightly longer. If this is the case, our team will send you a message offering either a credit or a refund.

The customer must check the conformity of the goods delivered at the time of receipt and before signing the carrier's delivery note.

DUTIES AND TAXES

We offer free standard delivery on all orders over €60, but customs duties on international shipments may apply depending on your country and are the responsibility of the customer.
