Ducati red never goes unnoticed. Born in Bologna, it has become the dominant colour of MotoGP in recent seasons, to the point that the Italian bikes have piled up titles since 2022. This page brings together the whole Ducati jersey world: jackets, caps and T-shirts in the colours of the Borgo Panigale factory.
From radio maker to the benchmark of the grid
Ducati was founded in 1926 as a manufacturer of radio components. Motorcycles arrived after the war with the small Cucciolo engine, then the desmodromic valve system developed by engineer Fabio Taglioni became the brand’s technical signature. Racing in MotoGP since 2003, the factory won its first riders’ title in 2007 with Casey Stoner.
2022, the comeback that changed everything
In 2022, Francesco Bagnaia trailed the reigning champion, Fabio Quartararo and his Yamaha, by as many as 91 points. Yet he turned the season around and gave Ducati its first title in fifteen years, before doing it again in 2023. Jorge Martín in 2024, then Marc Márquez in 2025, extended the streak aboard a Desmosedici.
Style as refined as the engineering
True to the brand’s Italian image, the range focuses on clean cuts and the famous Rosso Ducati. Ducati jackets come along on trips to the circuit as well as the commute to the office, while T-shirts complete the outfit on Grand Prix days. This taste for style even won over New York: in 2024, Supreme dedicated an entire collection to the Borgo Panigale brand.
Frequently asked questions
Which piece should I choose for a first purchase?
The cap remains the ideal starting point: easy to wear, it shows off the team’s colours effortlessly. The whole selection is on the Ducati cap page.
Why is red so present?
Rosso Ducati is inseparable from the brand’s Italian identity, just as red is in Formula 1 for another Italian house. Since 2022, the factory team has raced as the Ducati Lenovo Team, without ever giving up this shade.
